Given the specialized nature of our business—supplying and installing custom-made Tempered Glass products that are specifically cut, processed, and tailored to the individual measurements and requirements of each client—we outline our strict Return, Exchange, and Disclaimer Policy below:
First: Strict No-Return and No-Exchange Policy (Custom-Made Products)

Exemption Pursuant to Commercial Regulations: Due to the bespoke nature of goods manufactured according to consumer specifications (where glass is cut, thermally treated, and custom-engineered specifically for the client's site dimensions), the client has no right to return, exchange, or cancel the order once the cutting, manufacturing, supply, or installation phase has commenced.

No Cash Refunds: We do not accept the return of any glass materials or panels that have been prepared, delivered, or installed under any circumstances.
Second: Warranty and Liability Disclaimer

Disclaimer of Warranties: "Secrit Glass Madinah" does not provide any warranties (whether express or implied, covering either the products or the installation work) once the project has been fully completed and handed over to the client.

Damages Resulting from Misuse or External Factors: The establishment completely disclaims liability for any cracks, breakages, or damages occurring to the tempered glass post-delivery due to impacts, misuse, structural building settlement, natural disasters, or any modifications performed by unauthorized third parties.

Client Responsibility: The client assumes full responsibility for reviewing, verifying, and approving all measurements and designs prior to the commencement of work.
Third: Client Consent
By requesting our services (whether via our website, WhatsApp, direct phone call, or by approving the quotation), the client explicitly acknowledges, understands, and fully agrees to all terms and conditions outlined in this Return, Exchange, and Disclaimer Policy, thereby waiving any subsequent claims for returns or exchanges.
